When you order a mini-cab
through us, we collect personal information about you. We only collect this
information directly from you. The type of personal information that we collect
includes your name, mobile number and your address if it is your pickup
location or destination.
How Do We Use Your Information?
We use your information to arrange
a mini-cab for you. We may also use your information to contact you with
information about CAB2GO or how we can improve our service. Please notify us if
you do not wish for us to contact you in such circumstances.
When you order a mini-cab
through us, we pass your information to Private Hire Car Companies (Minicab,
Taxi, Chauffeur and Executive Car Companies) so that they can arrange for a
mini-cab for you according to your requirements.
When you order a mini-cab
by text message, we currently store your mobile phone number and the contents
of your text message(s) on a database hosted in the United States. We cannot guarantee that this storage will be in
compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

We may store some
information (called a “Cookie”) on your computer when you access the CAB2GO
website. This information makes your use of our website easier and allows us to
provide a better level of service through our website. You can disable Cookies
